I possess excellent social skills, acquired both before graduating in law and which I have developed from December 2000 in my capacity as the contact collaborator and subsequently the coordinator of a team of lawyers.  I use these skills every day to acquire new clients and to carry out typical tasks pertaining to lawyers, in both civil and criminal law areas.

I coordinate and manage my team of collaborators every day, in order to tackle and solve the wide-ranging issues that our work involves.

Among other things, I am an expert of medical malpractice liability referring to the medical and damages area, also as regards severe injuries caused to people.

• Medical malpractice liability, evaluation/quantification of financial and other damages arising from minor and major injuries referring to third party liability, damages which have repercussions on family members in the event of major injuries, damages for the loss of a spouse, the tables and the Milan Civil Law Observatory, the costs of long-term health care of patients who have been severely injured, examination and analysis of case studies (at all levels of the Italian judicial system), joint liability of the head of the Operative Unit, also civil liability referring to items and custody – class actions and liability caused by medical malpractice.
• Insurance representative role: from 2001 to the present, with a leading insurance company, operating both at international level and in Italy, as the indemnification company of public hospitals in Lombardy, assisting their staff.
• Direct representative of a number of public hospitals in Lombardy for lawsuits, judicial and other claims directly managed by the hospitals and/or from ceased insurance coverage and/or included in the self-insured retention.
• NATURE OF THE ASSIGNMENTS: liability of a hospital and/or of a personal doctor/of a head of a hospital department relating to the hospital contract and/or for malpractice which can be prosecuted under criminal law.
• Defence actions in professional activities in assisting companies – in their capacity as defendants or third parties – which are involved in claims submitted as principal claims, on the subject and/or as precautionary claims by plaintiffs/patients. In these actions I have intervened and formulated the best trial and/or strategies for the specific cases with the Medical Directorates, the Legal Affairs Offices or the individual medical staff, which are involved on a personal basis (of which/of whom I have also checked the existence of specific and personal guarantee coverages that have been promptly activated – if authorised – within the expiry term provided for under article 167 of the Italian Code of Civil Procedure), as well as with consultants/specialists appointed by the Court Offices, by companies or their insurance companies that I have followed over the years up to now, and for which I have carried out a representative role.
• I also have the role of single external legal consultant within a public structure in Lombardy in three EVALUATION COMMITTEES referring to all the accidents reported to the company.

Moreover, I offer legal advice and assistance in the field of private law, specifically in the area of contracts, family affairs, employment, real estate law, insurance and tort claims, providing a COMPREHENSIVE legal reference SERVICE.
